Advocacy & Consultancy
As a dual career professional, I provide guidance through legal processes and offer support with clarity and compassion in the psychological aspects. With corporate experience as a qualified lawyer in England and Wales, and subsequent accreditation with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council and British Psychological Society in England, I operate under strict ethical codes of conduct.
I have developed resources to help people understand the divorce process in England and Wales, which is complex. The materials I provide have been developed from personal experience of how the legal process can be simplifed and demystified.
As a consultant, with research skills from law and psychology I create new materials as the case requires. This means you can make informed decisions from a position of strength at a pivotal point in life.
As a coach my role is to support you so you can be prepared ahead of meeting with your professional advisors (your solicitor, barrister, or mediator). Being informed ahead of the process gives you clarity, facilitating harmony over adversity and a better outcome for you and your family.
In cases where there is a psychological element that needs unpicking and monitoring, I can be engaged for longer periods. This includes high conflict situations which can have far reaching impacts on family systems and adverse developmental outcomes for children.
